CLOSED, ALL STAFF POSITIONS FILLED
Staff position requirements:
-- You need to be an ACTIVE member.
---- This doesn't only mean that you just visit it each day, it means that you have to make several posts daily.
-- You need to know all forum rules so you can make sure all members are posting correctly.
-- You need at least 100 posts for first staff position. (Manager)
If you want to be a staff member and you meet the necessary requirements, simply reply to this thread saying which staff position you want.
(You don't have to start as a manager and work your way up. You can start at whatever position you want as long as the requirements are met)
Available staff positions:
--2 Managers (CLOSED 0 available)
--2 Moderators (CLOSED 0 available)
--1 Global Moderator (CLOSED 0 available)
--1 Asst. Admin (CLOSED Not yet needed)
--1 Admin (CLOSED 0 available)
Here are the roles of each position:
-- Manager (You need 100 posts):
---- Manages other users' accounts/activity.
---- Modify accounts, manage posts, ban users, etc.
-- Moderator(You need 175 posts):
---- Has the ability to manage threads/posts in the given board I assign you.
-- Global Moderator (You need 215 posts):
---- Same as moderator, but you are able to manage ALL threads/posts in ANY board.
---- Create/modify boards and create/modify categories.
---- Manage users' accounts.
-- Asst. Admin (You need 750 posts):
---- All above abilities plus you can make changes to the site adjust site settings. (Basically can do everything with the exception of paid functions)
-- Admin (You need 1,250 posts):
---- All above abilities.
---- Manage paid functions. (There are no paid functions in use yet)
---- Does everything that is possible for this forum.
Even if you meet all of the above requirements, you still need personal approval from me. You must show that you not only will be an active member but that you also can fulfill your assigned rolls. If I feel that you aren't able to handle your responsibilities as staff I have the right to deny your request.
Also, if you are a staff member and I feel that you are not doing your job properly (abusing power, not properly managing threads, etc) I have the right to remove you from staff right away.
(As the site gets busier and there are more members the requirements are subject to change)
